ASM ARCHITECTURE

&

DESIGN

ASM-Architecture & Design is a proud Canadian architectural firm co-founded by an OAA registered architect in 2014. We mainly serve GTA & York Region, Ontario and would help our community with a wide range of property projects such as designing new and providing construction permit drawings for residential and commercial units. We also work with developers in designing mass building projects. Here you can see the steps to development of a building permit from A-Z.

We provide our clients with all required documents and drawings and consult them to get their permits in a hassle-free and smooth fashion.

We are a team of professionals coming from various backgrounds with extensive local and international work experiences. Our cultural diversity serves our creativity and unique style. Our passion for design is inspired by fascinating ideas and concepts derived from our broad range of experience in various projects.
Our commitment is to promote public safety by ensuring that our designs meet regulated building codes and standards as required by administrative law.

Our mission is to provide our clients with cutting-edge services during the design process as well as the permit submission process and construction of the project.
Our vision is to help Canadians to have the opportunity to reflect their unique style in the spaces they live, work, and play where we also make sure of safety, environmental measures, effective functionality, and staying within budget.

Every single Canadian deserves to be embraced by safety, beauty, comfort, and joy.
